On the third anniversary of the Jin, Jiyan, Azad\u00ee (Woman, Life, Freedom) revolution, as the Kongra Star, in the name of the insurgent women Jina Em\u00een\u00ee and \u015eil\u00ear Res\u00fbl\u00ee, we remember all the martyrs of the Jin, Jiyan, Azad\u00ee revolution. We declare that the anniversary of this revolution is, in its essence, a continuation of the philosophy of Jin, Jiyan, Azad\u00ee laid down by the people’s leader Abdullah Ocalan, and once again congratulate all the peoples of Eastern Kurdistan (Rojhilat) and Iran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The peoples of Iran and Rojhilat, with the enchanting slogan, showed that in the 21st century, women have traveled great distances on the path of freedom. This slogan has emerged as a universal symbol of the struggle for freedom. With this slogan and the uprising it ignited, it has been demonstrated that the historical values of women are being revived anew. Women, in confronting the system of genocide, can build alternative systems deeply rooted in society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Kurdish woman Jina Em\u00een\u00ee brought together millions of voices from different nations around this slogan. In other words, through the identity of the Kurdish woman, a global struggle came to life. These historical steps remain the greatest example of uprising recorded on the pages of history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Jin, Jiyan, Azad\u00ee (Woman, Life, Freedom) uprising had advanced powerfully against the pressures of the Iranian regime. Despite all the repression and attacks of the Iranian regime, the wave of resistance grew larger and broader. In the end, the Iranian regime threw thousands of revolutionaries into prisons, and even to this day, there is no news of many of those detained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Every year, around the anniversary, the Iranian regime secretly executes some of these revolutionaries. This year too, we know that only in the month of August, nearly 50 activists from various prisons in Iran were executed in silence, and their funerals were also carried out in secret. These events raise deep concerns for us that women revolutionaries such as Wer\u00ee\u015fe Murad\u00ee, Pex\u015fan Ez\u00eez\u00ee, and \u015eerife Muhammed\u00ee are also facing such dangers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the face of these actions of the Iranian regime, urgent intervention is necessary, and a strong international voice must be raised. We call upon all freedom-loving peoples, as well as democratic movements and all those who oppose systems of occupation, to raise their voices. We especially call on women who want to stand against such crimes to unite their strength and make their voices heard across the world, so that the crimes of the Iranian regime may come to an end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The philosophy of Jin, Jiyan, Azad\u00ee (Woman, Life, Freedom) shows that the system of domination in Kurdistan is collapsing. A new life is being built around women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This philosophy has united all freedom-seeking women around the same point. Today as well, these organizations and struggling women must once again unite their strength against systems of domination and gather around the philosophy of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the 21st century, with all our strength, we will further expand our struggle against patriarchal systems. Since in this century the systems of domination attempt to impose their misogynistic, religious, and nationalist approaches on free women, we, as organizations of freedom-seeking women, must unite our strength.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We also reaffirm that all progress, ideas, will, unity, and struggles of women show that in the ongoing fight, the victory will belong to the free women. The systems that are enemies of women will never achieve their goals. With this thought and belief, we will deepen and elevate our struggle, always standing by the peoples of Iran and Eastern Kurdistan, raising the voice of \u201cWomen, Life, Freedom\u201d ever higher in every place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our belief in freedom grows stronger with each passing moment. Once again, we salute with heart and soul the resistance and struggle of the people who fight with courage and determination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
