This issue focuses on the campaign for a free, democratic, and decentralized Syria: its aims, rationale, and the results so far. We thank everyone who has participated and invite those who haven’t yet to join before November 12. Also included are examples of the deep attachment the people of Rojava feel for our leader, Abdullah Öcalan, and accounts of the determined resistance by women and communities facing attacks from the Damascus government.
